No account to create: you order on WhatsApp, with a person from the team.
You choose the number of devices and a length — from $14 for 1 month on 1 device to $225 for 12 months on 4 devices, or $69 for 12 months on 1 device — and the team confirms your plan before you pay. Delivery is digital only: nothing is shipped. Nothing renews automatically either: renewing is a new order on WhatsApp.
Every step is on the how to order page. There is no refund once your account is activated, but you get a full refund if your order can't be delivered, and a refund or replacement if the login is wrong or won't activate, reported within 48 hours of purchase; the refund policy explains how to ask.
